Meeting Brenda was possibly the best introduction I have ever had. I had only just considered coaching and did not have clear expectation of outcome, but I knew I wanted to be a better leader. Brenda was so clear and concise on the journey we were going to embark on, that I had a true view on what success could look like, if I was honest and open. This was a sophisticated journey of both technical profiling, with open and honest sessions; outlining strengths to build on and resolving my weaknesses. The entire experience was so positive, so eye opening, that I was sad when it ended. I wanted to go back and do it again. I embarked on a coaching programme to help me transition into my new role as Finance Director of a large blue chip insurer. I found Brenda to be a fantastic coach helping me breakdown and identify … behaviours and attributes which I needed to tweak, modify or further enhance to be able to flourish in a role of such seniority. 

Brenda’s style is thoughtful and supportive but she can also be challenging and incisively probing when necessary. I found it easy to establish rapport with her…all in all, she is an excellent executive coach.  

Brenda has been an invaluable advisor and mentor to me over these last 2 years. I hadn’t appreciated just how much coaching would open my eyes not only to myself but also to finding ways to navigate through the complexity of problems facing me in my growing organisation. She has also been a transformative coach with two of my Directors.
